Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel or postpone services by giving notice to Snappy Company. In the event the order is cancelled the Customer will lose their non-refundable retainer fee. Any cancellation occurring less than 30 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will forfeit their retainer and any payment received, however a credit will be given, that can be used to reschedule the event without financial penalty for up to 12 months after the cancellation date. Cancelations made 45 days or more in advance will receive a refund of all payments received, except the non-refundable retainer fee. Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and any date change is subject to a non- negotiable $50 change fee. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and the event considered cancelled.
